Dr Peter Williams was formerly CTO of "Big Green Innovations" at IBM, where he was also accorded the honor of becoming an IBM Distinguished Engineer.  Now retired, he consults on water and IT issues  embracing water trading, ground water management, water system management - and from a technology perspective, the role of data, the internet of things (IOT), artificial intelligence and blockchain in water and water infrastructure management.

Peter is an Advisor to The Water Network.
