It is a war that the lawyers are fighting wasting the millions of dollars that could be spent on water management and education. It comes down to selfish law makers that refuse to solve the problem through conservation and colaboration

Dear Homayoon Sabbaghzadeh Shoushtari,
Thank you for your feedback!I wholeheartedly agree that peace, security, and providing water and food access for each and every individual across the globe, are noble and lofty goals and that they represent the common goal of humanity for the 21st century.
The Water Network platform is designed and created to help in solving some of these problems we still face today, and it strives to provide online space for knowledge and experience sharing in order to overcome these difficulties and attain the goals you mentioned.
However, yes, there are still water-related conflicts around the world, from Southeastern US to India and Pakistan and from Syria to Iran. They may differ in intensity and means, but all represent obstacles to achieving the aforementioned goals.
The Water Network team believes that one way of palliating and overcoming these issues is to turn international attention to them and to try to comprehend them from different perspectives, so that all sides with their needs and problems are heard and understood properly.
As you have said that you have experience in water-related conflict resolution, I would kindly invite you to write an article or blog about the issue, and post it on The Water Network, and I will take care that it reaches interested parties!
Looking forward to hearing your experiences!
Best regards,
Duško Balenović
