Too little too late? just right? Great progress?

Better late than never.  After attending Stan Bronson 's Florida Earth Foundation and hearing how little attention and funding Florida allocates to water, this feels like a great, bi-partisan step in the right direction.  The very evident algae blooms, red tides and consecutive hurricanes provide tangible proof of problems that require attention whatever your political party or belief system.
